| What to wear |
Dressing for the climate is the best policy when visiting Papua New Guinea. In the coastal regions the temperature never falls much below 26ºC and humidity is extremely high so cool cotton clothing is recommended. However, in the highland regions warmer clothing is advised as it can become quite cold. Rain coats are also recommended as it rains heavily and often especially in the wet season. |
