What to wear

In Wellington casual dress is the norm, however some restaurants and night clubs require the wearing of a jacket and a collared shirt. Due to the mild climate it is most advisable to wear easily removed layers of lighter clothing, topped with a light windproof jacket which is easily removed.

Visas

International visitors to New Zealand are required to be in possession of a valid passport and visa to obtain entry into the country. (Australian citizens only require a valid passport) Visas are issued from New Zealand Embassies and Consulates around the world.

International visitors are not required to have vaccinations when visiting New Zealand.
